ECC#110 will be up and running this morning at 11am eastern time.  Username and password will be extended if needed. Problem was caused by a last minute error in coding after the video was up and running. My moderator was out of town during this period and had no internet access.  We sincerely apologize for this problem and appreciate the patience and understanding we received from so many.
