"ASSASSIN" We ring in the New Year with a great release about a police detective who is assigned to protect a prosecution witness from an unknown assassin. But in a wry twist of fate, he soon discovers that his witness is not who she pretends to be and is in search of a computer disk. The detective refuse to reveal where he has hidden it, and the assassin is left with no choice but to beat the information out of him.
Excellent performances by both Malika Ioana and Brian Socia in this one, including a cool, mid-air reverse bearhug by Malika, who has never looked better. She also surprised us with a very good British accent!
