I'd give Wonder Woman the physical edge if she and Isis went fisticuffs.
She and Isis are of different body types; WW being voluptuous and Isis being lean and slender.
If it was a battle of their superpowers Isis would overwhelm her since she can fly and call the elements.
She could raise her hands and call out "Diana, go to sleep!"
