If it's the fight I think you are talking about you can find it on YouTube by searching on "The Man from Uncle - a fight between Janet Leigh and Letitia Roman".

I remember seeing the film, probably in my teens. I realise now that I very much identify with the Janet Leigh character. In as much as she relished the idea of fighting with the Letitia character. In the film Janet Leigh loses - I wouldn't lose!

It's not on Youtube any longer, but the entire episode is available on the following: Amazon Prime Video, Google Play and I-Tunes. 

The fight involving Janet Leigh was on the Man from UNCLE.  Wrong series.
