When do you vote when a poll fight is posted?
« on: December 09, 2018, 12:07:46 AM »
I have been in, and also posted several pollfights.  There have been past discussions as to why people vote, but I don't recall any discussion of 'when people vote'

Obviously, there are fans that throw there votes out immediately, but I am interested in finding out whether there is any thought behind voting early, or withholding that vote for later. My gut feeling is that there is a core of 'fanatics' on FCF that follow most threads and wait a while, and then the larger number of more casual browsers, who throw a vote in after reading as much as tickles them.

Any thoughts?

I always vote right away.  I am online usually every night and as soon as I see a new poll, I do a gut instinct on who would win.  If I wait, then I risk not voting and I rarely change my mind after placing my vote.  Sometimes I might bring up both girls profiles and see who impresses me most.

I do admit that if confronted with a girl who hides her face, I will usually not vote for them because looking a girl in the eyes is one of the biggest influences in my voting.

It deppends, sometimes when the pool has a roleplay I try vote reading the emotes and choosing what woman writes the emotes that I like...

In other times, I vote to the woman that I see more sexy in general.

Right away. The "fighting" that goes on in the comments is boring and inconsequential.

For me, it varies.  If the poll is an obvious mismatch, I'll vote right away.  If the two women appear to be equally matched, I'll think about it for awhile.  Actually, what one can gather from a pair of pictures depends on what they what to read into those pics.

And I don't always vote for the woman that I think might win. I'm more inclined to vote for the woman that I would most like to find nude in my hot tub.  Call me shallow.

That's why you got my vote in your last poll.  Something about that red hair.

After being in the Poll Fight world for 20 years now. Back in 1998  I voted for the first time in  Poll Fights in December of 1998 presented by Renee of " The Catfight Haven " I usually vote mid way through and really try to vote for who I think would win. I will take into account the stipulation' s if there are any.

I run a Poll fight group today that is going on 12 years. This group would not have happened without Renee.
Cheers!

I try to look at the profile of each person in the poll before voting, read their stories and likes. Poll fights that are interesting I wait to vote, others I will vote after I look into their profiles.
