It looked like it would be really fun and promising, but no one ever finished it. would be really cool if someone could complete it or make something similar, not enough games oriented to catfighting and titfighting are out there

I believe that Catzman has completed a rudimentary version for sale on his DeviantArt page. I've been making something similar but without animations, focused more on the text.
