Saw it on the plane on my way to London a few months ago.  Really liked it.  I actually laughed at loud at some of the Rock's lines.  My wife elbowed me and told me to be quiet. 

Good story line, good acting, good banter among the players / wrestlers.  IMO, well worth the time spent watching it.  And you don't even have to be a wrestling fan to enjoy it.
