If like me you are an occasional  l and not very competent grappler this YT vid shows how it should be done between two closely matched fighters.

Not only are the women very nice to look at but they are really flexible and tenacious wrestlers. Lots of god leg attacks as well as arm vs arm combat. Even the odd hand  in face which always adds a little edge to your grappling.

Really worth watching all the way to see how to apply and even more, defend arm locks etc.

For a guy that loves to watch women all ages and sizes wrestle, cat/wrestling & catfighting BAREFOOTED I really enjoy these grappling matches!

I love female grappling matches too.  For me, it's the body to body contact that makes these matches so arousing.
