Stella Stevens 43 vs Martha Hyer 31: The pundits called it 4:1 for Stella but thought it would be an incredibly close fight. Stella ended ripping Martha's hair out and bitch slapping her silly. Stella just shrugs her shoulders when told here are those that say she is overrated. She laughs all the way to the bank as she deposits the winner's check.
Jane Fonda vs 34 Mamie Van Doren 37: Jane and Mamie have both had some tough fights lately. Although it is a puzzle to many how Mamie came so close to beating Anita, Sophia, and Claudia. The pundits thought Jane would win this by 3:1 with goldenerafan getting it right. Some suggested it was a catfighter vs a slugger. The catfighter won. But the fight was very close. Jane claimed that Mamie was fresher, last few opponents took it easier on her. That was the only explanation that made sense will Mamie doing so well against them.
Claudia Cardinale 50 vs Joi Lansing 24: There wasn't anyone who said Joi had any chance against Claudia. Claudia just tore her apart. If Claudia took it easy on Mamie she didn't do so with Joi. A classic tough blonde taking her fury out on an over matched blonde. Claudia gave Joi one of the worst beatings this round but not the worst.
Elizabeth Taylor 30 vs Rita Hayworth 44: The predictors gave Rita the victory 3:1. There are those that say Elizabeth is a weak Joan Collins. Rita had no trouble with Joan and she had no trouble with Elizabeth. Elizabeth is known to have a nasty temper and nasty mouth but she doesn't seem to have the physical attributes to back up her vileness.
Joan Collins 34 vs Tina Louise 41: It was a convincing win by Tina over Joan although she would have like a bigger win over a weak opponent like Joan. All the pundits said Tina would win easily and she did. It wasn't really much of a contest but Tina did feel it took her longer to put Joan away than she expected. Tina found out Joan is a real bitch and even in losing she loves to claw up her advesary.
Lisa Gaye 26 vs Gina Lollobrigida 47: as predicted by everyone Gina took no chance on losing to Lisa. She knocked her out quickly with a real thrashing.
Sophia Loren 51 vs Barbara Eden 24: Sophia continued the dominance of the Italians this round by giving Barbara the worst second worst beating, being edged out by Ursula over Mitzi by tens of a percentage point. Everyone predicted this would be over even quicker than Gina against Lisa and they were correct. There was even an extra prediction for Sophia from djcrash. It looked like Sophia wanted to win the worst beating contest this round and is upset she didn't. Poor Barbara ran into a cyclone when she is just a puff of wind.
Yvonne Craig 35 vs Jayne Mansfield 40: The pundits were split 2:2. as to who would win. It was a close fight all the way. Vasago called it right predicting Jayne would pin Yvonne and then face site her into submission. For once Jayne did not use the biggest breasts in the contest to breastsmother her opponent into victory. She is upset by Vasago calling her a push over "If a middle-aged woman can destroy and humiliates big Jayne" Jayne says she was surprised by the woman's attack and besides, you just don't go getting into fights when you have to shoot a commercial the next day. "That would be stupid and I am not stupid." She defends herself by pointing out her record against the current leaders: she lost to Sophia Loren 26:27, Kim Novak 42:49, Anita Ekberg 48:49, and Ursula Andress 56:58. She did lose bigger to Stella Stevens 44:54. But she beat Claudia Cardinale 39:33. With a little luck she could easily be among the leaders. Those are not exactly the scores of a push over.
