Actress Francesca Brown (37), from England is the arguably most famous and at least  undoubtedly most convincing lady impersonating the Californian pop princess during her stage shows.
Most recently, Francesca has made claims to be even better at being the superstar than Katy Perry (36) herself.
'During my shows, in which I sing Katy's songs live, I've come more and more to the conclusion I'm in fact a better singer than her!' she opinioned in an exclusive interview with CelebToday. 'Add to that the fact that I'm the better looking girl and it's safe to say I'm really the better Katy Perry! My voice and stage presence together will kick her into the trash can.'
One woman who is not happy about Francesca's daring statements is the pop princess herself. Katy - the real one - has also spoken to CelebToday, disclosing her reaction to Francesca's claims. 'The girl needs a reality check, she needs to get a grip on herself,' she told us. 'Look at her and tell me, how is she prettier than me? I've got enough sex appeal to make her look like a pathetic little bitch! And her voice? Please! I'm ready for a battle of voices to compete with her anytime!'
Francesca, who has successfully competed in singing contests before, remains convinced she has the greater vocal ability in a comparison between herself and Katy Perry. 'I'd go through the full battle with her. I'll show her how to sing, and I'll win any beauty contest where I and her are involved.'
CelebToday asked for Katy's reaction  to Francesca's challenges, and the pop princess not only agreed to a contest of looks and vocal performance between her and Francesca but has now also challenged her rival to a battle of physical strength. 'After defeating that bitch in our voice and looks competition, I'd love to humiliate her a bit more thrashing her in an arm wrestling match, and wrestling her full on in the ring!'
Francesca doesn't see a problem in a battle of muscles with Katy: 'She should humbly accept I'm the better woman, but if she wants to fight me she'll just have to learn a bitter lesson at every level!'
