Alexandra Paul versus Pamela Anderson

Is there a point for a poll with celebs so far beyond their heydays?
And why pit these two against each other as the winner is so obvious?

Well, hopefully there are enough people who remember them as they were in the 90s.

And I don't think the outcome is clear, unless of course the voting is done purely based on popularity… and in that case Pam would most likely win.

I might be wrong, but I think most see Pam just as humongous boobs with a blonde mane, beautiful but soft, and Alexandra as an athletic flat-chested, less attractive girl .
But is that really true?

I do believe that Pam's athletic prowess has generally been belittled while Alexandra's has been exaggerated. Based on 'research' I actually believe that Pam was by far the better athlete than Alexandra, at least all the way to the mid 90s.

Below are a few statements that, based on the all-knowing internet are true. I can elaborate on them if needed.

In high school Pamela Anderson wanted to become a bodybuilder.
In high school Alexandra Paul wanted to become a supermodel.
In high school Pamela was a good athlete.
In high school Alexandra was a bad athlete.
Pamela was a fast runner, extremely agile and moderately strong.
Alexandra was a slow runner & swimmer, clumsy, had no hand-eye coordination and not particularly strong.
Pamela wanted to be fit and strong.
Alexandra wanted to be thin (suffered from anorexia and bulimia)
Pamela was competitive.
Alexandra was not competitive.
After high school Pam became a fitness instructor.
After high school Alex became a model.
Pam worked as a fitness instructor, made ads for fitness clubs and posed for fitness magazines.
Alex worked as a model and actress; her first role was as a model; later she portrayed a bodybuilder.
Pam started training boxing and kickboxing in the mid 80s.
Alex has had no combat training
Pam is a mesomorph.
Alex is an ectomorph.
Pamela was 7 to 10 cm shorter, but weighed on the average more.
Alexandra was taller, but weighed on the average less.


So... in various contests taking place in the late 80s to early 90s... who would win? Who would be the better girl?
