Both women have been chasing the same man and neither will relent to get his affection and be his girl friend.
They know of each other interest in him so they agree the only way is to fight.
They agree to meet in a hotel room and behind locked doors fight nude and whoever wins will be able to have him while the losers has to give up the chase for his affections.
