I've met fighters: r/l ones, just Cayber's, Mistress's, slaves, subbie's, bitch's, lovers and seeker's, Men who love to see two women ripping each other apart,Men who really care (and for me, I have made an eternal friendship here with a caring man. So, no offense guy's), and then you keep getting to know more, and more.

Here, I want to post this question, What is it, that drives "YOU" to keep coming, What does one look for in Cayber, What Drives you?

For me, it's about the unknown.  Whether it's meeting new people, reconnecting with old friends, chatting or actually mixing it up, every day is different and new. It's an escape for me.  However, there are times I step back and take a break from the online stuff as well.  I guess it's all about the other people I interact with that keeps me coming back.

What drives me, first and foremost, begins with self and the desires of my heart, the yearning to know I am being the best I can be, whether here in a fight or any other endeavor in life.  I am also driven by the challenge, in this arena, of another woman.  Too often, we only seek those challenges which are not truly challenges, the things which are easy and which we can control.  But if the true fighter seeks the right type of challenge, then there is the element of the unknown because we are truly testing our best against that of another's.

I agree with you as well Nikki.  But also do not forget one can forge many friends and frenemies in combat as well .

10-15 years ago, mail order and magazines were the only way catfight enthusiasts could connect with their interest. In all, it was a pretty isolating affair and maybe fraught with paranoia - your details held on a mailing list that at worst, could end up in the wrong hands.

The proliferation of the internet made the catfight scene more accessible to everyone. Enthusiasts like myself found a means and voice to communicate with other like-minded souls. Suddenly it wasn't such an isolating experience and perhaps we've found that it isn't such a dirty little secret after all.

What I like about this state of affairs is that the climate is changing. It's no longer about watching videos of sexy anonymous women fighting in bikinis (or less); those sexy women now have names and have turned this little niché to their benefit by creating careers for fans to follow - Xana and Mutiny being prime examples.

However, this does open the floodgates to a lot of fakers and weirdos. After a decade of interaction with fellow fight fans, my senses are honed to spot the warning signs. I realize that they're just getting what they want out of it and have as much right to express themselves as they see fit as anyone. Live and let live I say, and ignore the fakers and weirdos. I prefer the honest approach
