If you're both pulling apart at the same time the first to lose grip will most likely lose. If you're allowing for free movement and repositioning then practice and find angles where you naturally recieve it easier. The more you control you possess the better.

i'm thinking of thrusting then reversing to make a net reduction in her length but realise this is high risk as if she maintains the grip at the point of my thrust, it will be me who has ceded part of the dildo
