Chat Room Issue

Hi I'm trying to get into the chat room but it says I have an issue with my user name.  Can anyone help?  Thanks!

To use the chat room You're username can't have any spaces or dots in it.
Only administrators can change your username. So if you would like me to change it let me know what name you would like to use

I am unable to access the chatroom. This keeps popping up Error Connecting (Closing link: (8f3ae573@s01.freecatfights.com) [Access denied])
How do I access the chat room? I have tried everything. Thanks

Same thing as above. Your username is two words. If you want to change it let me know what name you'd like.

I'm also getting an Error Connecting (Closing link: (3ec60516@s01.freecatfights.com) [Access denied]) when I try to enter to the chat room, and to the best of my knowledge my user name is legal.

Can't see any issues. Are you logging in through the site or an IRC client? Also are you clicking "I have a password" and using your forum password? This thread shows what i mean about logging in https://www.freecatfights.com/forums/index.php?topic=64047.0
