You have to choose what you want, do you desire any type of commitment at all or not? It's only fair to those around you that they know what they're getting into, what their chances are of keeping you around long term, much less the one you married long ago to start with. If upon knowing where you stand they choose to still fight over you that's their own choice, but they deserve to know what the situation is before anything else so they can decide for themselves better as to what's worth it and what's not, so that they can make an informed decision.
