Again, thanks for all the thoughtful replies. And, having read them, I feel like this is a small part of a bigger issue? I mean, yes, it would be awesome to have your partner know of your paraphilia, and not frown on it, but in a broader sense, there is the experience of knowing that you're turned on by things which are not necessarily frowned upon, but not generally thought of as turn-on-able, and how you navigate that, etc. Of course that is a big conversation about kink and not just cf/gf/mw, but I'm glad to see it being had.
