The basic premise is that each move is accompanied by a contested roll of the dice; whoever rolls higher hits.
So let's say you want to do a move. You describe it, then roll a 20-sided die (1D20). On the discord server you simply type "/r 1d20" and a dicebot produces the result.
Now I don't want you to connect your move so I roll 1D20 to try to get out of it.
If you roll better than I do, then the move lands, and there are consequences (pleasure, in a sexfight, for instance) and if I roll better, I get out in time.
If you win you get to make another move. If I win I get to try to make one of my own.
Back and forth we go until the accumulated effect of moves (pleasure totalled to exhaustion and sexual bliss) becomes too high for one of the fighters to continue, and the match ends.
Does that explain at least the basics?
