For me, Courtney is seriously under-rated and can beat most celebs fairly easily. Shania would be a slight challenge, but before long Cox would start to dominate.

Shania Twain would dominate Courteney
Shania is prettier. She has better and bigger boobs and she would win the titfight easily
The catfight would be long but finally Shania ends on top.
