I go with Michelle as well.  She is too quick and precise for Stacy, she runs circles around her until she collapses like a ton of bricks.

I'm having trouble depicting Stacy and Michelle as "two experienced" fighters - I only see one experienced fighter here. There IS a pretty big height and size difference, so I'm not ruling out certain scenarios in which Stacy could use them to overwhelm Michelle, but as long as it's a kickboxing/MMA battle, Michelle's going to take her apart.
