Although i agree that the gut punch is the most satisfying that I've landed on a regular basis... I'd have to say the most satisfying ever was getting ahols of this bitch's hair and pulling her head down into a solid knee that crumbled her to the ground.

As an afterthought... I would have to say the term "most satisfying" would depend on the situation. If I were fighting someone I truly dislike and see around fairly regularly, I get more satisfaction for seeing her face marked up.
If it were some bitch i really don't know, I think sinking my fist into her belly and "seeing the look of panic" would be more satisfying.

I totally agree with you. When I made referemce to the punch to the stomach, I was thinking as in catching her off guard and not tensed.  But your post leaves me wondering what you think the most satisfying blow is.
