I honestly think this would be very very close. Unlike most people here I think both these ladies are quite tough. I will give Miley a slight edge but not by much.

Agree with fantasyman Miley seems like she has a tough side to her, but Ke$ha is just too big for her and wins after Miley puts up quite a scrap.
