Shakira looks like a little spitfire, but even with a speed advantage I can't see her overcoming Mariah's power.  As noted above, her actual stats are 5' 2" and roughly 110, so even though Mariah has recently dropped some weight, Shakira would still be giving away seven inches and 30-40 pounds.  That's a huge size disparity that I don't see her overcoming. 

Shakira might get some minor offense early, then Mariah crushes her and puts the fire out, leaving the cute latina lying devastated.
