I vote for the blonde. Brunette girl will win in a few years.  I think that, in a few years she will be stronger.
Although ... if she is aggressive enough, she can beat an older woman now. Today's young girls are fighting more often and can fight better than several decades women.
For the time being I will give more chances blonde in this fight. I think she will defend themselves and win. However, in a few years if they meet again on the street again, she's not protect against a solid beating.
