16 if you want to allow a vote for each in a fight for a draw. Otherwise you have 8 fights which usually means 8 voting options allowed.

How about everyone votes for 4 - then the top 8 have tournament- #1 vs #8 - #2 vs #7 - #3 vs #6 ect.

After looking at how the poll is going the 16 choice is working fine. In case you don't realize it, its supposed to be 1vs2,3vs4,etc. And if their is a tie then that means a double elimination has happened, in which case somebody gets a bye to the next round. Also I use the traditional style of
1,2,4,8,etc because its easy to do.

The above poll is only allowing one selection from all sixteen girls.  That means a voter can influence one match and must ignore seven others.  That's the crux of the problem.

I don't think I explained myself very well. Having the 16 fighters is great. The What I meant is that I could only vote for one of the fights, not all eight, and I would hae liked to have voted in all of them. When you set up a poll there is a box  that specifies "Maximum votes per user." If this had been set to 8 in the box then I could have voted in 1vs2, 3vs4, etc. Just for you information there is no way to specify vote for 1 or 2, 3 or 4, etc. You can just allow 8 votes per user and hope they vote in each fight. Of course they don't always do that.

To be clear I do like the idea of your poll and encourage you to keep it up.
