How do I post a picture?

I am sure this has been asked before and I apologize for repeating it. But I am not good with a computer and I am having problems posting a pic. Can someone explain to me - the computer challenged - step by step, how to do this? Thanks in advance.

Sandman, do you want to post one on your profile or in a post? I am assuming a profile but want to make sure.

To put a pic on your profile as an avatar. Go to your profile scroll down to "modify profile" click on "Forum Profile Information" Then click on "browse" .To add pictures to your profile click on pictures on the right side of your profile then click on the add button.
