Pitting my Exes Against Each Other, Pt 1: Kammy vs Nicole

Who hasn't dreamed of his exes fighting each other?  I've even gotten to the point where each ex has her own "rival" in my mind, from the same pool of exes.  So, I figured, why not let y'all help me think about who would win?

First up is Kammy vs Nicole!

Kammy is 5'2", 145 lbs, 36D chest
Nicole is 5'2", 140 lbs, 32C chest

Both are really competitive and have taken kickboxing classes, and both have a bitchy streak in them.  Who wins???
