I've seen an IRL hair pulling catfight between two equally-matched, long-haired women -- one blonde and one brunette -- and your illustration is a very accurate depiction of the moment when both rival's start pulling with equal strength and determination. The way the brunette's fingers are sunk deep in the blonde's tresses indicates the tension the brunette is applying to the blonde's roots. Indeed, the detail and movement of the maidens hair, their faces and bodies, and as well as the other characters and the setting is extremely well done.
