A mismatch or not? Debbie much bigger and stronger. Still looking great at 68. Joan is late 50s now. Still wiry and muscular. Who wins and how?

If Joan looked less athletic I'd say Debbie could squash her with her weight, but as it really seems I much rather think Joan will do that to Debbie with her muscles.
Every excess is fine as long as you don't overdo it.
