As most of our ladies are beginners, stamina is something that we are constantly working on. It becomes apparent early who is in shape and who is not. The one thing we are encouraged, is those that stick with it make it a point to get their conditioning better. Nothing is more frustrating in not being able to put away your opponent simply because you ran out of gas.  In our Round Robin shoots, loser has to stay on the mats for the next opponent.
