These two have always fascinated me because they are so evenly matched in Height and build! So who do you have winning and how long do you think it would take for a winner to emerge if at all?

i vote Eliza Dushku her skill's and endurance win out. 
love the video game character Chun li from street fighter she was one of the few good female characters i have a chun li fancy dress costume if i had to pick a character to be it woud be her.

They fight in a bedroom setting, both wearing black lingerie.
I see a lot of hair pulling, kicking and choking between them.
Eliza finishes the match by mounting Sarah and strangling her until she is knocked out.

Wait I misread the post, I thought the matchup was Sarah Gellar vs Eliza Dushku.
Same scenario as I posted above, only Dushku chokes out Carter.
