I thought they covered this in "Terminator: Salvation" (or maybe "Genesys") Female robots with "tits" can win against both other female robots, as well as against "male robots without dicks". BUT if the "male robots" had "dicks" then there was a possibility they could mate with female robots and create an entire army of little robotic "kid robots".

Knowing how annoying kids were, robotic engineers refused to create a fully "anatomically accurate" second robot - which apocryphal stories from the Internet claim was "built up into a man from a rib they had taken from the female robot." So it was really all about robotic birth control, rather then anatomical accuracy.

What all this has to do with Jane & Caroline, I haven't a clue but... "That's the rest of the story!"
