I think in boxing Nicole would have advantage because she has height and probably better reach but in catfights height would not be so important.
However, I see Nicole more muscular so I think she would win.

Julia Roberts is over-rated in everything.  Not only is Nicole much better looking, but Nicole would destroy Julia in any kind of physical contest.
