Both young women entered a beauty competition for their town and the result was a draw as the judges could not decide so the crown will be shared for six months each.

But to represent their county only one would go through and that would make it complicated for the judges. So in a telephone conversation both women agreed to a catfight in private and whoever won would tell the judges that the other girl pulled out.

Belle should've won the beauty contest, not sure what the judges were smoking, but that nasty tramp Carina doesn't even deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as Belle. The fact that they came to a draw in the beauty contest fuels Belle to kick Carina's ass.
