Manufactured drama for TV's sake.  They have to do something to keep the audience watching, so

Um, yeah, not a hair missing from either of their heads.  Not a red welt on either's skin.  Not a single swelling bruise.
Maybe they're mad at each other for real, but the physical fight aspect is unquestionably fake.  Real fights have
tangible consequences.  People get hurt when real fights occur.  No one here even needed to adjust her makeup,
much less call for an ice pack.

Obviously it's fake, they didn't even smush their make-up, let alone their hair. Now that is how you get free media, and hope for a rating boost, during a quarantine when people are looking to find new TV shows

I honestly think this is real, the part where they kick each other and slap reminds me of how I fought with my sister.  They are sisters they are mad at each other but they aren't trying to cause actual damage to each other.  In my opinion a sisters slap fight is common
