Those were amazing clips.  I thought the last one, where the girl got taken out by the missile was hilarious!  I know that sounds pretty bad, but I couldn't help but laugh when I saw it.

The missile part was done "tongue in cheek" so it was not ultra violent or offensive, but comedic instead.  Who gets picked up and carried away by a missile, rather than blown to bits?

Funny story about that, but a LOT of Japanese movies after the 1970s were "Pink" cinema because... well, back in the 1950s, Movie studios/theaters were worried that TV would overtake their role in mass media consumption.

That actually happened in Japan, so in order to survive, Japanese cinemas began screening "Pink" films, or porn-with-plot (because Japan's porn laws require there be some semblance of a story otherwise, they can't release it).   This seeped into even more 'mainstream" movies in order to attract more filmgoers since that sort of thing couldn't be shown on TV at all.

And that is one of the reasons things like that exist.

And damn was it hot.

And weird.
