Hi:  I believe that the first 'not' in Courtesy Rule #3 should be removed?

Thanks, corrected that and bolded the reciprocal link part so people just don't stop after seeing they are allowed :)
Don't mistake lack of talent for genius.
Once the cyberfighter slop is removed from the site, things will improve
