A fight I remember from an old movie

I can't remember the name, but it's fitting for Halloween, since it's a thriller

Basically one woman is a little crazy, and starts trying to become another woman. It culminates in both of them meeting in an office late at night after the crazy one has killed someone: one has a pair of scissors hidden behind her back, the other one of those weird shiny rocks (which she's already used to bludgeon a dude with). They are dressed in the same suit and have the same hairstyle due to the crazy one trying to kill the normal lady and take her place.

They scuffle a bit, there's a chase, and then they get into a rolling catfight near the end. It was one of the few catfights I'd seen on T.V. and I wanted to find it again, but I'm totally blanking on the name, If anyone can remember it, help me out.

Yes, I remember it too, but havent seen anymore from the time I saw this movie at the TV... Just remebered that was Linda Purl. Ty for your information, stwtights!
