The red head is known for her ability to climb to the top by sleeping around the office. The blonde has been sucking up to her boss for a promotion for months and is not about to let the red cxnt take her place. During an office party they both went to the boss office and it escalated quickly. During the fight there was quite a lot of trash talk.
