Set up files within the picture-gallery

Can anybody tell me how to set up those folders within the picture-gallery of my profile?

Go to your profile pictures. On the bottom left you see "Add Picture"  on the far right you see some icon (looks like an envelope with a star or similar) That is Add Album (hover over it and that should show. Click on that and that creates Albums/ folders
