It used to be a great site for finding rivals. I found some rivals there. But now this site is worse than it was a few years ago in terms of finding rivals and like-minded people for my hobby. Perhaps if you live in a large country, it's still easy to find a rival on fetlife, but in my small Balkan country, the BDSM community now prefers local groups on social networks and messengers than fetlife

I don't think they do it for free. Not everyone is willing to pay a lot of money to a rival for a fight.

About 4 years ago I found a good way to find opponents. I belong to a gym that provides boxing classes. For understandable insurance reasons no sparring allowed however I have made a few friends who are more than willing to get together outside class and practice what they learn in class. Most of these women already have an aggressive competitive side and really get into sparring.

It's not easy to find opponents and even more to find appropriate opponents. Don't forget that you do this to have fun not to find yourself in the hospital...
Anyway one way is to search through internet as previous members say. Fetlife or something like that. I found opponents for my wife in a yahoo forum where I put a comment and someone answered.
Another way is to communicate this (I mean your wrestling activity) with a male or female friend you trust. "I like this for fun" let's say. The other guy perhaps knows someone to bring you in touch about this. Or a fem friend of your friend willing to try.
Many times you can find someone when you don't expect it.

I would think probably a gym, boxing school, Karate school, Judo school, etc,... As mentioned earlier, you don't want to land in the hospital. You have to clearly explain that it's for fun and exercise, but you don't want to paired up with a UFC/MMA professional who crush you in a few seconds.
