I have fiddled with it quite a bit.  Amazing what you can do with very little experience.  I did do a deviant art page mostly for fun.  Images are easy.  Especially like doing faceswap stuff.  Like 10X as hot to have somebody I know fighting in the pictures.  Mostly it is about patience.  I'd say about 90% of the time I don't get what I want from it.  But 10% is good enough for me.

All I'm looking for is nude images between specific women. I know it's hard to nail the faces ( which is the most important part) One guy told me that it's impossible due to restrictions. But he also said he only uses grok. I believe as a Ai gets better, there will always be ways around this. Just my opinion though

I don't know about Impossible.  I have seen several videos starting with images of 2 people and moving to a fight.  So I have to think still images works fine too.  I would be very careful about posting anything publicly between private people. If you do something between Celebrities you are probably safe.  Between your neighbors... probably not so much.  If you are trying to do that, I'd suggest using a face swap program.  Find a picture you like with women that look approximately like the women you are trying to use in AI then swap their face into that picture.  I have also started with generating AI pictures and then using the faceswap to put the faces in.  Obviously a few more steps, but if you enjoy it it really isn't a big deal.
