Some of the Asian countries. Particularly the Philippines and Thailand. A lot of Asian girls seem to love a good scrap.

Anywhere in Southeast Asia except Singapore (too wealthy).

In Germany, definitely not.

Germany has definitely had a culture with the companies they've had. Pretty sure foxy combat was German, classic catfights was German, there's been a few more too.

There have been and still are a few companies like catfight-connection.com, that's true, but I was referring more to the private sphere.

I probably saw more cat fights when I lived in Korea than anywhere else. I haven't been there for some time but it's likely that, as the country has become wealthier, that culture has faded. That's why I suggested Southeast Asia. Female fighting culture is still quite strong in many places.

Foxy Combat was not German. it was run by Hana (ex DWW) and was based in Vienna.

United Kingdom, USA, Japan, South Korea.

The USA has certainly moved to more of a "female fist fight" culture which is kind of a shame.

South Korea used to have a "vibrant" catfight culture, at least around the night club scene. I no longer live there but friends who remain tell me it has faded as the country has become wealthier. Good for them and bad for us I guess?

I saw very few catfights when I lived in Japan but more organized fighting was common. There were even TV shows with women wrestling. One of my favorites shows was a college competition where coed teams competed in a variety of physical challenges.

One episode was at a swimming pool and one of the contests involved climbing on a large floating platform. The object was to force the opponent into the water. The guys usually grappled and pushed like Sumo but the girls....The girls usually went right for each other's bikini tops and began violently  trying to swing each other into the pool. Top removal was common at which point the girls began grappling bare chested until one or both splashed into the pool. Japanese television censors genitals but could not care less about bare breasts.
