No way to know for certain but the most likely ones are poor and crowded. That would make several regions of Africa and Asia plus some South American cities  likely candidates.

Multiple Southeast Asian nations not only  meet that criteria but I have personally witnessed multiple fights in several of them and have friends who have witnessed even more.

Unfortunately, with a war going on in real life, I wouldn't be suprised if there were (maybe not catfights), but rather some protesting and yelling between women of different ethnicities, religions, etc,...

I remember in the "old days" before YouTube started censoring everything, you could do a search on the word "catfight" and a long list of videos with actual real life catfights would come up.

I used to do this search every couple of weeks, filtering for most recently uploaded, and there were catfights from all over the world, but one country that always seemed to a large number of fights was China. That may be, in part, because of China's massive population, but the fights were very real and some of them were very intense as well.

One common reason for the fights was wives beating up single women that had been caught sleeping with their husbands.

Another was pretty girls being beaten up for being too pretty, usually by multiple girls who were jealous. Kind of messed up, but that's what they were often fighting about...

I don't know if there are any video sites where you could still perform that search and get any results....

The Balkan countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, and etc.. Female fights are common here, as a Balkan resident I can confirm. I've also heard that cat fights are not uncommon in the UK.
