Hi Outghost,

I have found a fix for my apostrophe issue, if you go into the iOS keyboard settings and turn off Smart Punctuation. The issue goes away

Go to Settings
Tap General, Tap Keyboard
Turn OFF Smart Punctuation

So thanks for your assistance with this matter. However while asking ChatGPT for assistance...our AI friend suggested this is the server side solution. Which means nothing to me but might help you.

The real fix is server-side:

Set encoding to UTF-8
Ensure correct headers like:
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Make sure the database supports UTF-8 (e.g. utf8mb4)

Looks like it is there but the colour of 'Add Comment' is almost the exact same as the background. Switching to any of the default forum colours at the bottom doesn't seem to help either.

If you're on a computer try highlighting around the area to make it show up.

Peaches is very much correct. However what I've found on my iPad is that if you tap an area directly under an image where the add comment field should be, it will pop up and be visible. Also the same applies for adding comments to a users main profile page.

I've noticed that if you try to send a message via the photos, it goes through, whereas if you leave a message on the main profile page, it doesn't save it ?�� I don't know if it does the same for you

Looks perfect, but could you do the same please to the add comment feature on a users main profile page. Then there is the bigger issue of saved comments made to a users main profile not being saved / displayed.

Hi Outghost,

Just wanted to make sure this is on your issue list.

Images stored in a users gallery are being duplicated and by that I mean. Instead of one thumbnail for an image being displayed, you always now see two exact thumbnails per image saved in the gallery.

Hope this makes sense? If not, visit my page. Scroll down to my galley and the issue should more than stand out.

I agree with Buxom Blonde, in that the descriptions and photos are gone, and that's kind of frustrating.?  Is there an upgrade to the upgrade that'll bring that info back?

First finish the migration, fix all normal errors not opinions/wishlists and the chat. Then perhaps there is time to see if i can fix that ultimate profile package to support the new board code. Else contact the maintainer of the package.

Well, it looks like the descriptions and the pictures I had are back.  Thank you to whoever figured that out!
