Noise complaint

My apologies if this was covered in another thread, I couldn't seem to find anything when I tried to search.

A female friend of mine has been wanting to do a catfight for me for some time and has a friend of hers lined up.  We were discussing logistics last week.  We found a nice hotel with a whirlpool suite that we like that has a large open space that's perfect for putting foam mats down for the catfight that we can get for about $150 per night.  She has a concern that the noise of the fight may attract unwanted attention resulting in a noise complaint or worse.  She suggested that we look at renting a house on Airbnb but the houses we are seeing run 6-10 times that cost per night.  I wanted to ask the group and particularly any of the video companies who have used hotels for their fights, what would you say the risk of a noise complaint has been?  Do you do any sort of agreements with the hotel to avoid such incidents?

Noise and floor vibration are always a risk...
Chose 1st floor if you can.

I'd never do something like a fight in a motel room. .... you mean neither party could do it at their residence for positive privacy ?  How could you not draw attention to yourselves with rearranging the room, the equipment if you're filming it and of course the noise. This always seemed completely nuts to me.

Well it depends on how much you trust your opponent and their significant other. I understand that it's not a wise idea to bring in someone who you barely know or is a compete stranger into their house.
This is a shared profile the wife and I share it and either may on anytime. We are looking for submissions wrestling matches for her. I introduced her to it and she enjoys it. A few things that are hard NO's swinging, hard erotic matches and nude.

do you have any friends friends that live in a live with a lot of property?

The nicer and more popular the place the more likely someone will notice and complain. It sounds like you have been there before so did you hear any noise from neighbors or the hallway? Thick walls and doors will help a lot. If possible, do it during whatever time is likely to have the least visitors. Choose a room in the least desirable part of the facility and on the first floor if possible to minimize floor noise. Late morning or mid-afternoon will likely have the fewest people around since they will be out working or doing touristy stuff. Just make sure the maid service isn't in the hall nearby. Late night is the absolute worst choice.

Some producers such as Suitefights obviously use hotel rooms.  You might ask him.

Never had a noise complaint.

We aren't screaming or slamming each other against walls or anything, and its always awkward carrying mats through a hotel lobby lol but never had any issues.

The more the low end motel, the easier it will be to do. As a matter of fact, if you pick a really low end motel (lower end than motel 6 or super8 where the doors open to the parking lot, as long as no one is killed, the management won't care and the other guests (ie truck drivers, teenagers, etc,...) will encourage it and will even be cheering, "Rip her top off", "Rip her shirt", "Rip the dress", etc,...  ;D

And enjoy taking home roach eggs and bed bugs from those shit holes.

I would avoid the low end motels, they have thin walls and you're more likely to get a complaint from another guest.

Often times they rent those rooms out for extended stays to people going through hard times. Not to judge anyone, but thats not the environment I feel safe doing something like wrestling.

Doesn't have to be a 5 star resort or anything but a mid-range hotel is best in my experience.

The MOST you'll get is a call from the front desk asking you to keep it down - which, again, I've never had happen in 7 years or so of private wrestling.

Add to that any room labeled as a 'suite' etc that has an extra room like an office/living room area is even better, then you dont have to move mattresses around its usually just a small pull out couch
