I know AI is currently the point of conversation but I'm sort of fascinated at how AI is being utilized on places like deviantart, I realize this depends on the level of creativity and it's still in early stages but it's moving in that direction and will probably end up replacing the online video market.

  Sadly yes,  in 10 years the few producers still out there will be mostly gone. The days of producers being around for 30 or 40 years and making hundreds of matches is long gone. I don't see many future producers starting up with the shrinking market with most of the old fans that buy videos dying out.
   LA in the 90's had tons of models that would book wrestling or catfight matches, today there is only a hand full.

AI is pretty much the future of all Entertainment mediums.  I would HATE to be a graphics artist.  The only thing holding it back is processing power and time.  I think there will always be purists that insist on "Real" content, but as this technology advances there will be less and less ability to even tell the difference.  Even in my amateur playing around with it this last year or so, I have gone from having to create 10 images for every one I keep just because the "bad" images had crazy limbs in the wrong places, hands with too many fingers, monstrous facial expressions to pretty much every single image being better than the best I could create a year ago.  And that is just the free stuff.  Not to mention the ability to create videos, story board together complete movie scenes, etc.  I recently watched a youtube video a young man was creating of a Mortal Combat style fight.  In 30 minutes he created a video I would say was better than the actual movie in the 90's.  Obviously he was skilled, but there was nothing he did that I couldn't do with the same software.

I'm probably in a small minority here but I definitely hope it is. If it ever lives up to the hype it's the only way I can ever get to EXACTLY what I want to see. As for now though the technology (despite sometimes appearing impressive) is still many many years away from being what I need it to be. I've tried messing around with it myself and it's not produced the goods. Hardly surprising though because I have no idea how to get the best out of even what is available just now. I'm hoping that sometime soon the tech becomes manageable for the non tech-savvy (like me), but meanwhile, in the even sooner soon, someone with the ability to fully exploit what's available, and armed with an entrepreneurial spirit spots a market opportunity, and decides to become filthy rich. They'll find my wallet one of the first ones to open wide.

I've been playing around with it the past few months. I really enjoy it. I use polloai. The videos have a long way to go but you can really customize still images. The pictures on my profile were all AI generated and those pictures are exactly what I like

However I like it. My wife has zero interest in it and I have used grok to make videos of her in wrestling matches. It can only get better

You have to have a play with it to override the constraints. But you can stitch videos together to get 30 second clips.

Also you can let grok decide the outcome based on the characters which is good
