Rear naked choke and triangle choke. With the RNC, I can pulse pressure with my bicep or flex right away to go for the submission or KO. Also, not sure if it helps, but I have a pretty big and sharp bicep peak, and when it flexes while I have the choke, it presses hard against the carotid. They usually don't have long to tap before they go out for a nap lol.
