Looking for a fight involving Mrs. P.H.

I asked this question a couple of years ago in the general discussions section. I thought I'd try it again here in case it jogs memories. Way back in the late 70s/early 80s I read a story by someone who called herself Mrs. P.H. From memory she was a blonde who was into fighting and piercings. The (supposedly true) story featured her boxing an unknown opponent (her planned opponent having called in sick). The opponent, a younger woman, caught Mrs. PH with a low blow that nearly ended the fight but she fought back and eventually won the bout. Does that ring any bells with anyone?
