I am divided on this fight. If Britney and Holly stick to fisticuffs I think Britney will win. Holly is about 4" taller than Britney and should have a longer reach. But when Britney puts all her weight behind her punches she will floor Holly. 

If they also allow kicking then Holly will murder Britney. Even if she were in shape Britney is at a big disadvantage in kicking high to Holly's head with the 4" height advantage. At preset I doubt if Britney could lift her chubby legs high enough to do much damage. Additionally she will be slow afoot and unable to stop Holly's kicks to the side of her head.

I am a Britney fight fan but I would have to go with Holly on this one. Based on Holly's movie fight clips .

As long as it's on-the-ground action, anything carpet/mat wrestling, I see Britney's thick body extracting tough body-scissor submissions out of Holly. In boxing, or kick-boxing, I see Holly not only being superior in terms of technique, but also in endurance: she's going to have to dig deep for a while, but she's gonna punch Brit sleepy after a while.

Britney will go down in a kickboxing match with Holly. Brit might have stronger arms but the legpower and the range is gonna decide in this match. Holly has this advantage being better at kicking, having the better martial art skills and having the wider range due to her height advantage. It will not be easy but after a few minutes the game will be over for Britney and she will be kicked down by the taller beauty.
